dc.description.abstract In the supply chain of the education industry, both customers and suppliers are equally important. There are no widely accepted theories to define supplier satisfaction and measure it. Suppliers’ satisfaction study is a management tool for this company to improve and further develop its processes. This study focused on measuring the quality of relationship between the supplier and the company, and suppliers’ views the company in business, communication and personal aspects. The results highlighted that the payment delay, communication problem, disturbances in facility provision, and student behaviors were affected on supplier satisfaction. Only 32% of variation was explained by these factors. Hence, there were some other factors which were not identified at the study, would contribute to the supplier dissatisfaction. Hence, supplier and company together need to improve processes where the necessity is aroused. However, the latest trend in supply chain management is to have a close corporation with supply chain partners and satisfy all the parties together. Hence, the research can be extended to that area as well. en_US
