dc.description.abstract This study focuses on the delivery performance of apparel industry and how merchandiser can involve in the elimination of short shipment. This is an explorative and qualitative research where in-depth interviews were used to collect data. The root cause technique was used to analyses the data. Further, why- why technique was employed for in-depth analysis. Finding show that there were many reasons contributed to short shipment problem from the aspect of merchandiser. en_US
