dc.description.abstract | This study focuses on the delivery performance of apparel industry and how merchandiser can involve in the elimination of short shipment. This is an explorative and qualitative research where in-depth interviews were used to collect data. The root cause technique was used to analyses the data. Further, why- why technique was employed for in-depth analysis. Finding show that there were many reasons contributed to short shipment problem from the aspect of merchandiser. | en_US |
