As a solutions for that problem, it is very important to reconstruct a house numbering system. This project is done by using the even/odd numbering system. According to that assign numbers are assinged for the roads as even numbers on the right side, from the point of beginning and odd numbers on the left side from the point of beginning, for the roads, houses and buildings. As a first step the main roads, sub roads, houses and buildings in selected area were identified. Odd numbers for the sub roads of the left side along the main road from the point of beginning and even numbers for the right side from the point of beginning were assinged. Then a numbers for the houses of the left side along the main road and sub roads and even numbers for the right side houses were assinged. As a last step, a house number with a specific letter of a district were assinged. en_US
